Terms of Service

By accessing or using ArionTalk (ariontalk.com), a service operated by OrionLoop Tech Ventures LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these terms.

1. Description of Service

ArionTalk provides a hosted voice AI widget that you can embed on your website. Visitors to your site can talk to an AI assistant that reads and responds to your page content in real time.

Usage limits apply depending on your account tier. We may introduce new tiers or change limits in the future with reasonable notice.

2. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

Billing. Paid plans are monthly subscriptions, billed in advance through Stripe, our payment processor. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You’ll see your price on your payment link, quote or invoice before any charge is made. Prices are in US dollars and don’t include taxes; any that apply are added to your invoice. Business plans may include a one-time setup fee. It’s due before setup work starts and isn’t refundable once that work has started.

Price changes and promotions. We’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before a price change, and it applies from your next billing period. Promotional or founding pricing, when offered, is described in your quote, order form or payment link, including how long it lasts. When it ends, your subscription continues at the regular price, with the same 30 days’ notice.

Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from your billing portal (we send you the link) or by emailing hello@ariontalk.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. If a signed order form sets a minimum term, that term applies.

Refunds and billing disputes. We don’t provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If you’re charged twice or charged the wrong amount, we’ll refund the extra amount in full. If you think a charge is wrong, contact us at hello@ariontalk.com before disputing it with your bank, and we’ll work it out with you.

3. Account Registration

You need an account to use ArionTalk. You sign in through your Google account. We collect your email address and display name from your Google account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when registering
• Maintain one account per person
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

You’re responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use ArionTalk for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, domain restrictions, or other safeguards
• Abuse, overload, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer the hosted service
• Use the service to distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Resell access to the service without our written permission

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these rules.

5. Intellectual Property

The ArionTalk widget is open-source under the MIT License. You’re free to self-host it. If you use our hosted service instead, these terms apply.

Your content stays yours. We don’t claim ownership over any content on your website, or over content and visitor information we store for you. When your visitors use the voice widget, your page content is sent to Google’s Gemini API for processing, and we don’t keep what visitors say. On plans where you ask us to use your content (such as pages from your site or documents), we store it to provide the service while your plan is active. After your plan ends we may delete it, and we always delete it when you ask. You’re responsible for having the rights to that content and for telling your visitors about any information the agent collects from them.

6. Service Availability

We provide ArionTalk “as is” and “as available.” We don’t guarantee any specific uptime or availability. The service depends on third-party providers (Google Firebase, Google Gemini API) that are outside our control.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We’ll make reasonable efforts to give you notice before major changes, but we’re not required to.

7. Termination

You can request account deletion at any time by contacting us at hello@ariontalk.com. When we delete your account, we remove your data from our systems, except billing records we’re required to keep.

We can suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or if we need to for legal, security, or operational reasons. We’ll try to give you notice when possible, but we’re not required to in urgent situations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArionTalk and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or any other damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don’t warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

AI-generated voice responses may contain inaccuracies. We don’t guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI output.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.

For significant changes, we’ll make reasonable efforts to notify you (for example, by email or a notice in the dashboard).

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
