Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information ArionTalk collects, how we use it, and what rights you have. We keep things simple: we collect the minimum data needed to run the service, and we don't sell your data.

1. Information We Collect

Account information

When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and display name. We use this information to identify your account and send service-related messages.

Service data

When you use ArionTalk, we store the domains you register, your site keys, and usage counts (number of voice requests and minutes used). This data is stored securely and tied to your account.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous data about how visitors use the ariontalk.com website. This data is aggregated and does not identify individual users.

Widget usage

When a visitor uses the ArionTalk voice widget on your site, page content and images from that page are sent to Google's Gemini API so the AI can generate a spoken response. This content is processed in real time by Google's API. ArionTalk does not store your page content or any visitor data from the widget on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect to:

  • Provide and maintain the ArionTalk service
  • Authenticate you and secure your account
  • Enforce usage limits
  • Prevent abuse and protect the service's infrastructure
  • Improve the service based on aggregate, anonymous usage patterns
  • Send you important service updates (like changes to these terms)

We don't use your data for advertising. We don't sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

3. Third-Party Services

ArionTalk relies on the following third-party services:

  • Google Firebase -- handles authentication (Google sign-in) and data storage. Your account data and service data are stored in Firebase. Firebase Privacy Policy
  • Google Analytics (GA4) -- collects anonymous website usage data on ariontalk.com. Google Privacy Policy
  • Google Gemini API -- processes page content in real time to generate voice responses. Content sent to the Gemini API is not stored by ArionTalk. Google's data handling for the Gemini API is covered by their Gemini API Terms of Service.

We don't share your personal information with any other third parties.

4. Cookies and Tracking

ArionTalk uses minimal cookies. Firebase Authentication sets a session cookie to keep you signed in. Google Analytics may set cookies for anonymous usage tracking. We don't use any other cookies or third-party trackers.

5. Data Retention

We keep your account data (email, display name, registered domains, usage counts) for as long as your account is active. Usage data is retained for limit enforcement purposes.

When your account is deleted, we delete all associated data from our systems. This includes your account record, registered domains, site keys, and usage history.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your data. Your service data is visible in your ArionTalk dashboard.
  • Delete your account. Contact us at hello@ariontalk.com to request account deletion. We'll remove all your data from our systems.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. All connections use HTTPS. We don't store passwords -- authentication is handled entirely by Google.

8. Children's Privacy

ArionTalk is not intended for children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us and we'll delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we make changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.

For significant changes, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify you (for example, by email or a notice in the dashboard).

10. Contact

If you have questions about this privacy policy or how we handle your data, contact us at hello@ariontalk.com.
