Privacy Policy

ArionTalk (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a service provided by OrionLoop Tech Ventures LLC. This policy describes how we handle your information. We keep things simple: we collect the minimum data needed to run the service, and we don’t sell your data.

1. Information We Collect

Account information

When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and display name. We use this information to identify your account and send service-related messages.

Service data

When you use ArionTalk, we store the domains you register, your site keys, and usage counts (number of voice requests and minutes used). This data is stored securely and tied to your account.

Early access applications

When you apply for early access, we collect what you enter in the application form: your name, work email, website and answers about your business. We use it to review your application and contact you about it.

Billing information

When you pay for a plan, Stripe collects your payment details directly. We receive your name, billing email, billing address, and the status of your subscription and payments. We never see or store your full card or bank account number.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous data about how visitors use the ariontalk.com website. This data is aggregated and does not identify individual users. Learn how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

Widget usage

When a visitor uses the ArionTalk voice widget on your site, page content and images from that page are sent to Google’s Gemini API so the AI can generate a spoken response. This content is processed in real time by Google’s API. We don’t record or store what visitors say. For each conversation we keep only basic usage details, such as when it started and how long it lasted.

Content and visitor information on some plans

Some plans let the agent use content you provide (such as pages from your website or documents) and collect information a visitor chooses to share with it (such as their name and contact details, so you can follow up). We store this content and information to provide the service to you, and we process it on your behalf: it belongs to you, and you’re responsible for telling your visitors how you use it. Content you provide is also sent to Google’s Gemini API to prepare it for search and to generate responses. We keep it while your plan is active. After your plan ends we may delete it, and we always delete it when you ask.

ArionTalk uses minimal cookies. Firebase Authentication sets a session cookie to keep you signed in. Google Analytics may set cookies for anonymous usage tracking. We don’t use any other cookies or third-party trackers.

We keep your account data (email, display name, registered domains, usage counts) for as long as your account is active. Usage data is retained for limit enforcement purposes.

Content and visitor information stored for your plan is kept while your plan is active. After your plan ends we may delete it, and we always delete it when you ask.

When your account is deleted, we delete all associated data from our systems. This includes your account record, registered domains, site keys, and usage history. We keep billing records, such as invoices and payment history, for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. All connections use HTTPS. We don’t store passwords. Authentication is handled entirely by Google.

ArionTalk is not intended for children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us and we’ll delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we make changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.

For significant changes, we’ll make reasonable efforts to notify you (for example, by email or a notice in the dashboard).
